Julie Belk-Dalberg, BSN, RN
Julie Dalberg is the owner of Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics in Fredericksburg. She has her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Marymount University. She has served as a pediatric ICU nurse at Children’s Mercy Hospital, a transplant nurse at Washington Hospital Center, and a cardiac nurse at Mary Washington Hospital. She also has experience in home health. In 2007, Healthy Beginning Wellness & Esthetics was born! Julie has certifications in: Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Pellet Therapy, weight loss treatment of adolescent obesity, Viveve vaginal rejuvenation, and CelluPulse erectile dysfunction therapy. Additionally, Julie is a certified personal trainer, colon hydro-therapist, and paddleboard instructor. For the past 15 years, wellness and weight loss has been her passion! Julie is a mother of 2 and loves all things active.
Rickard Dalberg, MD
Dr. Dalberg completed medical school at Hahnemann School of Medicine and continued on to complete his residency at Truman Medical Center, University of Missouri Kansas City. He has worked in the Fredericksburg area as an Emergency Room Physician at Mary Washington Hospital for over 20 years and has now joined the Healthy Beginnings Team as our overseeing medical director.
Richard Ameen, MD
Dr. Ameen is a local physician who is board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. He went to medical school at MCV in Richmond and did his internship and residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Ameen has been in practice in Fredericksburg for 36 years and currently practices at Chancellor Internal Medicine. He is certified in Weight Loss and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Keesha Lloyd, NP
Keesha Lloyd graduated from Duke University with her BSN. Prior to that she received her BS in Psychology from UNCC. She joined the Army Nurse Corps after graduation where she spent 8 years before getting out to finish up her graduate education. She then received her MSN from Duke University and attained her FNP-BC certification. In her free time, she enjoys organic gardening and spending time with her husband and their four beautiful young children. At Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics of Fredericksburg, Keesha specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement therapy as well as hCG weight loss. She is so excited to be part of the HBWL family.
Joan Ellmore, NP
Joan Ellmore is a new nurse practitioner for Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics! Joan received her BSN from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Continuing her education, she received her MSN from The Catholic University of America. Joan specializes in adult medicine and is looking forward to helping her new clients at Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics. In her free time, Joan works out almost everyday. She has also competed in bodybuilding competitions!
Kim Haynes, B.S.N, RN
Kim Haynes, B.S.N, RN has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics for almost 2 years. Kim serves as the head registered nurse. She received her B.S. in Biology from UMW in 2011, her RN from Career Training Solutions in 2015, and recently completed her BSN at UMW. Kim is certified in BHRT, Viora, IV Vitamin Therapy, Viveve and CelluPulse therapies. She is also CPR certified, in addition to ACLS and PALS. She is a mother of two and works PRN in the Emergency Department at Mary Washington Hospital.

Jamie Schroeder, B.S.N, RN has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2007. She splits her working hours at KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care and works as a school nurse at Spotsylvania County Public Schools. She is certified in BHRT, Vioria, Colon HydroTherapy, CelluPulse therapies, Onabotulinum Toxin and filler injections as well as Viora Therapies. She enjoys spending time with her family and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Nurse Education.
Tara Schroeder, RN
Tara Schroeder has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2011! She splits her working hours between Mary Washington Hospital’s oncology unit and HBWL Center! Tara is certified in Viora therapies, BHRT, weight-loss therapies, Viveve and CelluPulse. She is a mother of four and loves family time.
Chelcie McMillon, RN
Chelcie McMillon R.N. is the head injector and intimate wellness specialist at Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics. She is also certified in BHRT, Viora, Pulse and weight loss. Chelcie splits her time between Healthy Beginnings & VCU Hospital on the Cardiac Care Unit!
Cecilia Del Rosario, LPN

Cecilia Del Rosario has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness and Esthetics since October 2019. She earned her diploma from Eastern Virginia Career College and is also a certified Mednax Medical Newborn hearing screener. She is very passionate about weight loss after she lost 80+ pounds. She specializes in pulse treatment therapy, weight-loss, and IV vitamin infusions. She is also a mother of one and loves to spend time learning new things.
Jessica Pangallo
Jessie Pangallo built a career around her passion for mental and physical well-being. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jessie specializes in Mind-Body modalities such as yoga, tai chi, barre, mat Pilates, and Pilates on apparatus. Facing health complications in her youth, total body wellness became a lifestyle goal. After college, Jessie discovered Pilates while working as a personal trainer. The beauty of movement coupled with the emphasis on postural alignment, pelvic floor and core strength inspired her to learn more. This knowledge proved invaluable for clients with all manor of injuries as well as her own difficult twin pregnancy. While raising her three children, Jessie continues to spread her passion for healthy living locally and globally. She lives to spread to joy and beauty of mind-body wellness!
Olivia Dalberg
Olivia Dalberg graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her bachelors in biology with a minor in chemistry. She works with us as a medical assistant and is currently working towards going to PA school. Olivia is trained as a weight loss coach and viora technician.
Justin Farris
Justin Farris is a recent graduate of NOVA Community College’s paramedic program and has plans on joining the military in the future. He works with us as a paramedic and is trained in IV Therapy and weight loss. Justin has a passion for nutrition and wellness due to his many years of being an athlete. Outside of work Justin enjoys hiking and listening to music.
Nichelle Montaque, Master Esthetician, LE, CMA, CLT
Nichelle has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2020. Nichelle serves as our Lead Esthetician, Consultant, and Medical Assistant. Outside of work, Nichelle is a mother of 2 and loves spending time with her family.
Ramona Tirnovan
Ramona Tirnovan has been in the beauty industry since 2010. She is from Romania (Europe) where she started to learn and work as an esthetician and then a permanent makeup artist. In 2018, Ramona moved to Virginia to be together with her husband and now she's a mom!
From 2010 to 2020 Ramona took multiple Master Classes taught by internationally renowned trainers, becoming a Philashes & PhiBoldbrows artist and International teacher for eyelash extensions. She loves Microblading, powder eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip color.
Eve Arvan, Yoga Instructor & Massage Therapist
Eve specializes in post-surgical medical massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, isometric stretching, sports massage, reflexology, and ashiatu massage.
Cristy Reeder,
Office Administration / Insurance and Collection Specialist
Cristy Reeder has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2015. Cristy has her degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College. She oversees the accounts and prepares the insurance documents for our patients for hormone replacement therapy. She is a mother of two and in her free time enjoys cooking!
Javier Flores, LPN
Javier joined the Healthy Beginnings team in June. He received his degree from Germanna Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Javier has been working in Fredericksburg for 10 years and is excited to join us as a weight loss specialist. Outside of work Javier likes to workout and play soccer.
Maggie Hanse, Administrative Staff
Meet Maggie! She started with Healthy Beginnings in March 2023. She recently graduated from Nova Laser and Esthetics Training with her Esthetician license. Maggie is currently a member of our administrative team, while simultaneously interning with our current estheticians until she is able to take her board licensing exams. During her free time, Maggie likes to spend time outdoors as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
Elizabeth McCamley, Administrative Staff
Meet Elizabeth! She has been with Healthy Beginnings since May 2023 as a member of our administrative team. She became an EMT in 2004 and volunteered with a local rescue squad and fire department. Elizabeth has also worked in the ER for the past 14 years as a tech. She is a wife and mother of 2 and enjoys spending every minute she can with family. Elizabeth likes to travel during her spare time.
